Financial Controller / Head of Finance Sector: Restaurant Location: Central London (hybrid) Salary: A GBP 70k : A GBP 90k + bonus Responsibilities: All commercial reporting including weekly flash, monthly management accounts, budgeting and ad hoc analysis Oversee the preparation of and issuance of all financial information Responsible for cash management and working capital control Delivery of strong cost control within the business and helping make the right investment decisions Monthly profit and Loss accounts production for all sites Balance Sheet reconciliations Regular updating of forecasts, budgets and cashflows including the ability to build monthly, scenario: based models to evaluate multiple strategic outcomes All external activity including audit, debt reporting, investor presentations etc. Capital Expenditure reporting Year: end statutory accounts Continuous review of controls and implement new controls Other ad: hoc duties including supporting with projects Candidate Profile Pro: active and willing to roll: up your sleeves, get involved in the business and deliver excellent control frameworks Strong technical and system skills ensuring that results are produced quickly Analytical and curious mindset to solve problems is a smart, efficient way Advanced excel and modelling skills to provide clear guidance to the business Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years experience in hospitality, leisure and/or retail.
