Gray Residential is seeking a Part Time Leasing Associate for it's gorgeous, Class A luxury community The Villas on Fir in Granger, Indiana. The community is 290 units and the team is highly focused on leasing and excellent customer service. Success in this role requires organization, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and concise and professional communication. Below is a summary of the high points of the position requirements. A full job description will be provided during the interview process. Sales & Leasing - You must take a relationship sales approach to all prospects. Ability and desire to turn leads into prospects and prospects into residents is required. You must be able to build rapport and maintain a relationship during the sales process and beyond through curated follow-up, a genuine and sincerely helpful personality, and the ability to quickly identify products that fit prospects' needs. Our commission structure is generous and rewards those who understand the importance of excellent work during the follow up and leasing process. Technology - Experience in the following is preferred: Key Texting, RealPage, Entrata, Microsoft TEAMS/Outlook, KnockCRM, Conservice, and Avid. If you do not have experience in these platforms, then an ability to learn software systems quickly is critical. Marketing - Be an active collaborator with the entire team in content creation including social events, vacant apartment videography, social media posts, strategic outreach marketing, and ILS monitoring along with leasing personnel and Property Manager. Resident Relations / Intake - You will be a front line team member and will intake service requests, resident concerns, and general questions from residents and guests. You must approach each request with kindness and curiosity and dispatch or enter requests into our system for completion and tracking. Gray Residential is an EOE employer. This position is estimated to be between 25-30 hours per week. The schedule will be consistent each week but is negotiable prior to the offer letter. For example, a possible schedule could be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 6pm but could also be 5 days per week for 5-6 hours per day. Powered by JazzHR
