Key Responsibilities: Perform manual labor and entry-level tasks within a small team environment for the installation or service and repair of residential and small commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Assist with maintenance, installing or repairing units or change-outs following specifications and safety guidelines. Engage professionally with customers during key stages of the maintenance, installation or repair process and shadow Lead Installers or Service Techs in answering customer questions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory, and conduct daily maintenance inspections of the company vehicle. Complete formal EPA certification or OSHA training, if required. What Makes You Great: Passion for learning and growing within the HVAC trade. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You have a strong work ethic and are a self-starter. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. High school graduate or equivalent. 1 year of mechanical, HVAC, or construction-related experience (preferred).
