The Role: As a solution focused, technically adept individual with excellent communication skills, you will maintain, monitor and support a variety of business applications (some industry specific). This role will act as a M365 SME and collaborate with the MSP on enhancing the landscape. The main focus of this role is analyzing the diverse application of M365 including security, compliance and governance to then implement best practices. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the Business Technology and Transformation team helping us deliver the best from our technology. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Suite Ensuring the operational health of the M365 Environment including security, availability, performance and reliability & Identity.
