The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic performance, excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, and preferably judicial clerkship experience. Duties:Take significant responsibility for pleadings, motions, and briefings on complex matters.Handle e-discovery and fact development proficiently.Take and defend depositions.Appear in state and federal court on motions and other pre-trial matters.Have trial and arbitration experience. Requirements:5+ years of litigation experience.Eligibility for admission or active Colorado license.Exceptional academic performance.Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Preferably, judicial clerkship experience. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Eligibility for admission or active Colorado license. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with e-discovery and fact development.Ability to take and defend depositions.Trial and arbitration experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
