Finance Assistant Manston, East Kent GBP22,500pa : GBP24,000pa + holiday, pension, parking and development Monday to Friday 8am : 4pm KHR is working with a leading manufacturer based near the seaside town of Ramsgate, which has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the team permanently. This will be a predominantly accounts payable role but the daily duties of the Finance Assistant will include: : Accounts payable processing, weekly supplier payments, reconciliation and reporting: Bank and cash processing, reconciliation and reporting: Month: To: Date, Year: To: Date expense processing, control, reconciliation and reporting: Monthly accrual/prepayment accounting and reporting from the Balance Sheet: Monthly departmental spend: Reconciliation and reporting of annual and monthly spend returns: Monthly Good Received Not Invoice (GRNI) control and reconciliation: Monthly intercompany reconciliation: Adhoc customer service cover, processing sales orders, resolving queries, communicating with customers and colleagues, high attention to detail, and great telephone manner: Accounts receivable processing, credit control, reconciliation : Ad hoc financial analysis/reconciliation: Any other duties reasonably assigned Candidate Profile : 2 years + experience in a similar finance role: Studying towards or certified in AAT : Achieved relevant A: levels/Degree : Hold a full UK driving licence: Ability to build relationships with customers and process orders At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
