What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development A safe, supportive, and inclusive work environment Responsibilities: Develop preliminary loading plans and load diagrams for shipments Design detailed loading and dunnage plans to ensure efficient material placement Standardize dunnage and packaging materials to increase efficiency in order preparation Assist in training and monitoring production operators in load preparation and truck/container loading Troubleshoot areas of concern and identify productive solutions Collaborate with the Quality Department and provide feedback to management Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering 2 years of relevant experience preferred Knowledge of transportation and trucking regulations Software programming experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer: At RS Technologies Inc. we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
