What You Will Do • The Associate Manager, Medical Sciences and Medical Information will be responsible for handling medical information escalations received via the Company Call Center from HCPs and consumers. Communicate medical information, handle product complaints (AEs and PQCs), complex inquiries, medical compensation requests and complex ingredient related information. • Research and evaluate medical literature related to our products and the therapeutic areas in which we market products as well as create standard language for product information reference manuals including FAQs for call centers, media issues and publications. • Support professional marketing by training sales force call centers and other business partners on scientific information in support of new and marketed products. Participate in KOL advisory boards, support medical Advertising Advisory Board (PAAB) challenges, review. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
