Job Description Production Worker - Mankato, MNThis is a full-time, hourly position in our ADM Mankato Oil Refinery. Position Summary:We are looking for an individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities at our Mankato Oil Refinery. We offer a starting pay of $25.80/hr, with $1.05/hr once on shift.Job Responsibilities: Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:Sanitation and cleanup dutiesLoading product into tanker trucks and railcars for deliveryWill involve climbing railcars and tankersPerform railcar washesJob Requirements: To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresExhibit regular and prompt attendanceAble to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc), lift up to 50 lbs unassistedWilling to work overtime, weekends, holidays, swing/rotating shifts if neededDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitudeKnowledge of pumps, blend tanks, boilers and silo's would be helpful, mechanical ability neededPrevious experience operating a computer is preferredADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
