We supply a small range of unique, innovative products to mobility retailers, and distributors. THE SALES SUPPORT ADMONISTRATOR ROLE: We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Sales Support Administrator who will take responsibility for supporting the Sales Team in driving sales upwards. DUTIES: Answering incoming calls Accurately processing orders Keeping the Sales team updated with all required information Ensuring customers are kept fully updated on all orders, pricing and queries Outgoing sales support phone calls All admin tasks to support the sales team Effectively liaise with end users, Dealers and Distributors Ensuring Sales KPIs are recorded and hit You will be required to take full ownership for your area of responsibility and updating the CRM system to capture projects, support sales and help deliver a great customer experience. THE PERSON: You will: Be an ambitious person looking to drive improvements to systems and uphold high standards. Be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be resilient with a positive can do attitude to your job Be willing to continually grow, develop and learn new skills Excel at multi: tasking, and be comfortable answering the phone Be able to build rapport and relationships with ease Have a high attention to detail and accuracy and be able to actively listen to customer needs and find a solution.
