We intend to keep disrupting and innovating and have a good time along the way! Location: This position is based out of downtown Salt Lake City, UT 84102. Job description: OnSite Care seeks a Dermatology Advanced Practitioner to provide skin cancer screenings to the employees and dependents of Salt Lake City. The time commitment is 8 hours per month (two 4-hr days). Basic job duties include: Full-body exams for skin cancer screening. Cryotherapy for minor actinic keratosis and related skin conditions. Educate patients on skin cancer risks and preventive measures. Recommend consultation or referral as applicable. Two 4-hr sessions per month, held at the Midtown Employee Clinic and Salt Lake City departmental sites. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Active and unrestricted state NP/PA License and Federal DEA Registration are required. 3-5 years experience in the clinical detection and advisement of suspicious skin lesions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus. BLS/ACLS Certification is required.
