Customer Service Team Lead ( Call Center) Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 /hr base pay DOE & additional bonuses after 90 days REQUIRED SCHEDULE, CHOICE OF: 1. Sunday, Monday, Saturday and 2 choice week days from 11 AM-8PM OR 2. Sunday, Monday, Saturday, and 1 choice week day from 9AM-8PM As a Customer Service Team Lead, we will work with you every step of the way because we believe we can only be as successful as our employees. The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for handling inbound calls along with making outbound calls to existing customers and managing the existing customer database. The Team Lead will also act as a subject matter aspect, and will be capable of leading a team by example. The Team Lead reports directly to the Call Center Supervisor. This is an in-office position. The AirCo Team is looking for self-motivated, upbeat, POSITIVE professionals to join the team. Individuals that can be trusted to provide customer service to both internal and external customers are encouraged to apply. When our customers call the office, they can hear our smiles through the phone. We are a happy, energetic, SMILING team that provides exemplary service to our valued customers! Work Hours: Full Time position: Monday Friday: 11 AM - 8 PM; Saturday rotation. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Leadership skills Positive attitude Strong work ethic Professional and energetic communication Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills Excellent attendance Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge Working knowledge of construction and HVAC industries preferred Service Titan experience a plus Job Duties: Take incoming customer calls Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in processes, procedures, and soft skills Make outbound calls Employee coaching Backend reporting and cleanup work as assigned by management Scheduling service and maintenance appointments Claiming rebates Registering HVAC equipment Communicate with customers and staff to keep jobs running smoothly Verify/invoice daily Work Orders as complete and accurate Follow up with customers on completed jobs and problem jobs to insure customer satisfaction Able to meet month end deadlines Other duties as assigned by management
