Systems Integration, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Call Center Supervisor based in Iowa for upcoming work. MUST BE AN IOWA RESIDENT. This remote Supervisor position will be responsible for providing front-line, first level supervision and leadership to customer service representatives (CSRs) with the goal of meeting service level and quality objectives. The start date for this position is anticipated to be Spring/Summer 2023. To prepare you for this role, Supervisors will be provided with paid, comprehensive training to support the CSRs and ensure that they care for each caller with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism. Responsibilities: Manages and supervises call center staff. Interfaces with Program/Project Manager with stakeholders. Communicates requirements to staff ensuring consistency and overall high-quality customer service delivery. Manage morale, retention and turnover, as well as develop and mentor CSRs. Generate, and prepare standard productivity reports as required. Monitors performance and regularly provides feedback to staff regarding any performance issues and makes recommendations for improvements. Assists with Training and Quality Improvement Refer escalated calls as needed to State of Iowa government point of contacts. General business services experience Qualifications: Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing a small-medium call center Supervisory experience leading/coaching/motivating call center staff Working knowledge of call center systems technology including Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), IVR, Customer Relationship Management software. Must be a U.S. citizen and have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years Proficient in Microsoft office suite Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new content and teach others Pay and Benefits: Pay rate is based on experience The opportunity to work from the comfort of your home Home Office Requirements: Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net) Private work area and adequate power source Based in Iowa Job Posted by ApplicantPro
