Vermillion Public Transit is currently looking for a: Transit Operator Vehicle Assistant - This is a full-time driving position of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include: driving a transit bus, assisting passengers and assisting with the maintenance of the agency fleet and documentation of maintenance in a database. Excellent benefit package is available. A South Dakota Class C Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement, physical, pre-employment drug screening and background check are required. We will assist qualified applicant to acquire the licensure. Excellent customer service skills and working knowledge of vehicle maintenance a must.
