An Elite Service Now partner is looking for a Servicenow Developer experienced with GRC and Sec Ops. This is a hybrid role so the candidate must be willing to travel to a New York office twice a week. Position Overview: As a Service Now GRC and Sec Ops Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions to enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance GRC as well as Security Operations Sec Ops processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients' Service Now instances are tailored to meet their unique requirements while adhering to industry best practices. Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions to enhance GRC and Sec Ops processes.2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.3. Customize and configure Service Now applications to meet client needs, with a focus on GRC and Sec Ops modules.4. Develop integrations between Service Now and other systems to streamline processes and data flow.5. Provide expertise in Service Now best practices and stay abreast of platform updates and new features.6. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to maximize the utilization of Service Now GRC and Sec Ops capabilities.7. Participate in the testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Service Now solutions. Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with a focus on GRC and Sec Ops modules.3. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.4. Experience with scripting languages such as Java Script, Angular JS, or Jelly.5. Familiarity with web services integration REST, SOAP and Service Now APIs.6.
